The residency

What you will find

The residency has an inspiring study where you can work comfortably and where you hear little to nothing of what is happening elsewhere in and around the house — the building has excellent acoustics. The room looks out over trees and mountains. There is an electric piano and a guitar available for your use.

The study is at the back of the house, but if you find that too quiet, you can also work in the living kitchen at the front, or on the balcony. To the right of the large hallway are the bathroom, bedroom and living kitchen; the study is the only room on the left.

Not part of the residency but available to you: the spacious attic, with a games room, an extra sleeping place and a space for drying and ironing your laundry.

The kitchen is simply furnished so you can prepare a meal. If you would like to cook more extensively, you are welcome to use Hanneke's kitchen. Facilities: microwave, fridge, hob, coffee maker, kettle and oven. The residency is available for a minimum of one week and a maximum of three consecutive months — from March through June and from August through November.
